Every plan unlocks the same Haiku — no tiers, no add-ons, no upsells.

• Native macOS app, runs entirely on your Mac. No data ever leaves your device.
• Every messaging integration: iMessage, WhatsApp, Signal, Telegram, Gmail, Google Calendar.
• Build a profile for every contact. Group them by where you met, by location, by anything you want.
• Surface who you owe a reply, who you've forgotten, who to text next.
• Schedule messages to send later. Bulk-send personal messages with name substitution.
• Keep-in-Touch reminders that nudge you to stay close to the people who matter.
• All updates included for as long as you have access.

Free trial and refund window

Monthly and yearly start with a free trial. We collect your payment method up front, but you're not charged until the trial ends. Cancel before the trial is up and you pay nothing.

• Monthly: 7-day free trial.
• Yearly: 14-day free trial.

Lifetime is a one-time purchase, charged at checkout. We back it with a 14-day refund window: if Haiku isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of the charge for a full refund. After 14 days, the sale is final.

Billing details

• Monthly — $14.99 USD / month. Billed monthly, in advance. Auto-renews until you cancel.
• Yearly — $119.99 USD / year. Billed once a year, in advance. Auto-renews until you cancel. Effective rate: $9.99 / month.
• Lifetime — $249.99 USD, one time. Single charge. No subscription, no renewals. You keep Haiku and all future updates as long as the app exists.
• Cancellation: cancel monthly or yearly anytime through Paddle's customer portal, linked from your receipt emails and from inside the Haiku app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep full access until that date.
• Tax: sales tax, VAT, and GST are added at checkout based on your billing location, and appear as a separate line item.
• Merchant of record: Paddle. They process the payment, handle tax compliance worldwide, and run the customer portal.
• Price changes: if we ever change the price of monthly or yearly, we'll email you. Any increase will take effect no sooner than your next renewal after the notice. The lifetime price you paid is locked in for life.

Refunds

No refunds on monthly or yearly. The free trial is the moment to decide — once a charge is taken at the end of the trial (or on a future renewal), the charge is final.

Lifetime is the exception: it has a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase, no questions asked. After 14 days, the sale is final.
